Returns and Warranty

MagicShine Product Warranty: provides warranty for all products purchased through  

MagicShine products: ONE YEAR for light head. SIX MONTH for battery, charger, and other accessories. 

Xeccon products: TWO YEARS for light head. ONE YESR for battery, charger, and other accessories.

We will repair or replace any MagicShine products purchased from within the warranty period. Your product will be returned fully functional.

The exterior finish is not covered as this is cosmetic and does not affect the light's function. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or battery fault. If your model is discontinued, we may issue you store credit or offer you a newer model of equal or greater value. We reserve the right to issue a refund in lieu of a replacement.

The only requirements are:

1. An order number

2. A valid purchase invoice, or purchase receipt from BrightstoneSports.

We do not pay for return shipping but will pay shipping on the replacement item for domestic orders. International buyers pay shipping both ways.

Any of the following cases will void the free warranty service:

1. Failure or damage caused by drops, or unauthorized modification or reconstruction.

2. Failure or damage caused by wrong or improper use, storage, maintenance or operation of a product without following the instructions.

3. Without valid BrightstoneSports purchase invoice or receipt.

Clearance Items Excluded

All items purchased in the clearance category are sold AS-IS without BrightStoneSports warranty support. Any warranty claims for clearance products must be filed directly with the related manufacturer(s). All clearance sales are final.


Order Cancellation:

 If you wish to cancel your order: 

1. you can notify us by email to before we have dispatched the goods to you;
2. where goods have already been dispatched to you, you have to return goods to us in accordance with the return policy below.


If an item does not meet with your satisfaction for any reason, you are welcome to return it within 15 days of receipt, for a refund, or a replacement. You must obtain an AUTHORIZATION for return. You must notify us of your desire to return your purchase within 15 days by sending email to Returned items must be the same item in the same condition (new) as originally shipped; products which have been modified, welded or soldered are not eligible for return. Returns should be shipped insured. Refunds are for the final purchase price only. Shipping costs, insurance, and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable. Special orders are not returnable. A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us ( within the warranty period (1 year for the light head and 6 months for the battery, charger, and other accessories) and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal or greater functionality. 

We do not pay for return shipping but will pay shipping on the replacement item for domestic orders. International buyers pay shipping both ways. If you return for a refund any items that were originally delivered to you under the terms of a free standard shipping offer then we will deduct from your refund our fee for Ground delivery.
